55-minute counseling session held over Zoom.
The client may ask questions on what to expect during and as an end result of the process and may raise any concerns at any time.
The client may decline to participate in any aspect of the interaction or to answer any question.
The client may cease to continue the process at any time, without issue, and may return to it at any time.
The provider has the right to dismiss the client from the course of support, and to recommend and refer the client to another provider.
The provider is available via text and email on weekdays from 10am-6pm, except when seeing other clients.
